   • Delivery times may vary based on your location. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days  for local orders 
   • We will provide tracking information once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Charges

   • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the package.
   • Free shipping may be available for orders in Lahore

4. Customs and Duties

   • For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during shipping.
   • Imported Haven is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

   • Items can be returned within 15 days of delivery.
   • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

2. Return Process

   • Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

   • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

4. Refund Policy

   • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
   • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Non-Returnable Items
